I am a certified nutrition specialist with a Ph.D. in Holistic Nutrition, motivated by my passion to help people achieve their health goals in the most realistic and enjoyable ways possible.

​

As a full-time working professional and a dedicated mother to two amazing, high-energy pre-teen boys, I understand the social and day-to-day challenges people face in incorporating proper nutrition into their lifestyle.

​

My interest in holistic nutrition started because of my personal struggle with weight. Early in life, I quickly realized that nutrition information can be contradictory, confusing, and overwhelming. While earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications at UCSD, I enrolled in a Mind Body Medicine class and became instantly obsessed with the powerful connection nutrition has with the mind and body.

This “power of food” realization is what sparked my passion for health education. Prioritizing genuine health over fleeting diet trends, I quickly realized the profound impact of nutrition on overall well-being, leading me to delve deeper into the science and practice of holistic nutrition.

I advanced my education by earning a Master’s Degree in Natural Health, graduating with honors. Building on this achievement, I proudly attained my Ph.D. in Holistic Nutrition with honors, strengthening my expertise in the science of transformative health and empowering wellness.

​

Health education is my true passion. While I still enjoy a successful career in the entertainment industry managing and scheduling top television shows, I find true joy in coaching people and helping them reach their optimal level of health. I am dedicated to constantly learning and staying up-to-date with the most current health research and science.

I firmly believe in the transformative power of small steps, breaking down ultimate health goals into manageable, attainable goals. By celebrating each achievement along the way, we replace negative self-talk with positive feelings of accomplishment and well-being. My approach to health coaching is one of constant support and is rooted in the latest research and science, ensuring that my clients receive evidence-based guidance tailored to their unique needs and lifestyle.
