I'm here to help...​

​I am a fully credentialed nutrition specialist who is genuinely passionate about helping people reach their optimal level of health through food. My passion is helping people achieve their goals for good health in the most realistic and enjoyable ways possible. 

I am a busy working professional, and mom to two amazing, high energy boys, ages 6 1/2 and 8. I understand how challenging proper nutrition can be when attempting to navigate life and it's many stresses including social events and day-to-day responsibilities. 

My health education began nearly 21 years ago, while attending UCSD.  While earning a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Film at UCSD, I enrolled in a Mind Body Medicine class, and became obsessed with the positive connection nutrition has with the mind and body.

Understanding the mind-body-nutrition connection excited me to make changes in my own life, and enabled me to overcome my own health issues, and further inspired me to help others live their best life possible. I continued my education, earning a Masters Degree in Natural Health, graduating with honors, and am currently working on my Doctorate in Holistic Nutrition.

Health education is my true passion. While I still enjoy a successful career in the entertainment industry, managing and scheduling top television shows, I find true joy in coaching people and watching them reach their optimal level of health. I am dedicated to constantly learning and keeping up-to-date with the most current health research and science.

It is my belief, that the absence of good health greatly limits our ability to enjoy life to the fullest.  You are never too young, nor too old, to learn about healthy choices for optimal vitality and joy. I am excited to teach you how to let food work for you instead of against you.
